When tracking your order, it can be confusing to see a status like “label created” or no movement right away. Here’s what that means and what to expect.
What does “label created” mean?
When a label is created, it simply means we have received your order and it is in the processing stage. Your order is actively being prepared and is not sitting or waiting around. Once processing is complete, your package is handed off to the carrier.
When will tracking start updating?
Tracking updates begin only after the carrier picks up your package and scans it into their system. Until the carrier scans the package, you may not see any movement or delivery updates on the tracking page.
Why am I not seeing tracking updates yet?
This is normal and usually happens for a few reasons:
Processing time: Orders typically take a few business days to process before being handed to the carrier. During this time, tracking may show “label created” or no movement.
Carrier scan timing: The carrier only updates tracking once they physically scan the package. Updates usually appear within 24 to 48 hours after pickup.
High volume periods: During busy times, there may be a short delay between label creation and carrier pickup.
What should I do?
No action is needed in most cases.
Keep an eye on your email or patient portal for shipping updates.
Once the carrier scans your package, tracking will begin showing movement.
Allow 24 to 48 hours after label creation for tracking to update.
Summary
Tracking delays are often caused by standard processing or carrier pickup times. Rest assured, updates will begin once the carrier scans your package, and no additional steps are required from you in most cases.
For extended delays, or if your tracking shows a "canceled" status, our Care Team can provide guidance.
