If you are currently using a GLP-1 medication and are interested in transferring your care to Piper, you may share your treatment history during the intake process for provider review.

During signup, you will complete a health questionnaire that allows you to disclose prior treatment details. A licensed provider will review your information to determine whether continuation of a prior treatment plan may be appropriate based on clinical considerations.

Treatment decisions, including whether a previous dose can be continued or adjusted, are made solely by the provider following review of your medical history and documentation.

What to include during intake:

To support an accurate review, you may be asked to provide:

  • The medication you are currently using

  • Your most recent prescribed dose and how long you have been on it

  • Any relevant documentation, such as a recent prescription label or pharmacy record

Documentation can be uploaded directly during the intake process.

After Submission:

Once your intake is complete, a licensed provider will review the information. Approval, changes, or alternative recommendations are determined based on safety, clinical judgment, and available records. Review timing may vary.
