What if carriers delay my package for extra days?

Our shipments include insulated packaging and cold packs to help protect the medication in the event of transit delays.

Short periods outside of refrigeration do not automatically mean the medication is unsafe. Based on stability information provided by our partner pharmacies, these medications may tolerate brief exposure to temperatures around room temperature, generally up to about 86°F, and in some cases short exposures up to approximately 104°F.
