Every order is shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs to help protect your medication during transit.

Short periods outside of refrigeration do not automatically mean the medication is unsafe. Based on stability information provided by our partner pharmacies, these medications may tolerate brief exposure to temperatures around room temperature, generally up to about 86°F, and in some cases short exposures up to approximately 104°F. Individual circumstances can vary.

The insulated packaging and cold packs are included as safeguards during shipping. Once delivered, the medication should be refrigerated according to the storage instructions provided with your prescription.

Storage tips

  • Refrigerate your medication as soon as possible after delivery.

  • Avoid exposing the vial to direct sunlight or high heat.

  • Follow the storage instructions included with your prescription.

If you have any concerns about your specific delivery, please contact your Care Team through the Patient Portal so a licensed provider can review your situation.
