Will my medication stay cold during shipping?

Yes. Every order is shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs to help protect your medication during transit. While the cold packs may not always be frozen on arrival, your medication remains stable and effective well beyond shipping conditions.

Your medication is stable at temperatures up to 86°F for 28 days, and even up to 56 days in many cases. It can also withstand temperatures as high as 104°F for up to 3 days without losing effectiveness. Refrigeration is recommended for storage but is not required during shipping. The ice packs and thermal bags are included as an added safeguard against extreme heat.

Note: The vial itself should never be placed in direct sunlight.
