  • Live Chat: Look for the purple chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen to start a conversation with our support staff.

Clinical & Provider Support

For Medical Questions regarding your treatment, progress, or clinical concerns.

  • Provider Chat: Log into your Patient Portal and select the "Chat" tab.

  • Message Your Doctor: From the chat tab, select your Doctor to message your provider directly.


Support Hours & Response Times

Our customer service team is dedicated to getting you answers quickly.

  • Hours: 7 days a week, 8 am – 9 pm EST.

  • Response Time: We typically respond to general inquiries within one business day.
