Available Plans
Every 1 month (Month-to-Month): $279/month (Tirzepatide) or $179/month (Semaglutide)
Every 3 months: $648 total ($216/month equivalent for Tirzepatide) or $499 total ($166/month equivalent for Semaglutide)
Every 6 months: $1,194 total ($199/month equivalent for Tirzepatide) or $810 total ($135/month equivalent for Semaglutide)
Choosing a 3-month or 6-month plan provides significant savings compared to month-to-month billing. For example, the 3-month plan saves $189 over three months compared to paying monthly for Tirzepatide or $39 for Semaglutide.
How to Change Your Plan
Log in to your Patient Portal at https://patient.joinpiper.com/login
Go to the Treatments tab.
Click on your Active treatment.
Under Quick Actions, click Upgrade plan (this option also lets you downgrade).
You’ll see your current plan and the available options with pricing.
Select your new plan and confirm.
Alternatively, you may request a switch through the portal, which could involve completing an eligibility quiz. Ensure that the switch is finalized before your next refill to avoid delays, and note that switching may include additional discounts like a $50 saving.
Important Timing & Billing Notes
Upgrading (e.g., Month-to-Month → 3-Month or 6-Month): The new plan starts at your next billing cycle and you’ll be billed the upfront amount for the longer plan at that time.
Downgrading (e.g., 6-Month → 3-Month or Month-to-Month): The change takes effect at the end of your current paid cycle — you’ll continue with your existing plan until it completes, then switch to the new one.
Changes must be made before your next order processes.
Additionally, switching to the 3-month plan may include applicable discounts or savings for upgrading, such as a $50 discount. Once finalized, your account will be updated with the new billing and shipment details.
