How to Upgrade Your Piper Plan

Join Piper offers flexible billing options for both Tirzepatide and Semaglutide, including month-to-month, 3-month, and 6-month plans.

All plans include your medication, prescription management, shipping, and ongoing support with no hidden fees.

Compounded Tirzepatide

  • Month-to-Month

    $279 per month, billed monthly

  • 3-Month Plan

    $216 per month, $648 billed upfront

  • 6-Month Plan

    $199 per month, $1,194 billed upfront

Compounded Semaglutide

  • Month-to-Month

    $179 per month, billed monthly

  • 3-Month Plan

    $166 per month, $499 billed upfront

  • 6-Month Plan

    $135 per month, $810 billed upfront


How to Upgrade Your Plan

  1. Log in to your Patient Portal.

  2. Go to Active Treatments.

  3. Click Upgrade Plan.

  4. Select the plan you want and confirm. Upgraded plans usually come into effect starting from the next billing cycle.

  5. If choosing a multi-month plan, the total supply for the selected duration (e.g., 3-month or 6-month) will be shipped together in a single package.

For example, if you're using a pay-over-time provider like Afterpay or Klarna and cannot make changes directly, or if the 'Upgrade Plan' option is unavailable even under standard scenarios, our Care Team can guide you through alternative steps.

  • Multi-month plans are billed upfront to lock in the discounted pricing.

  • When selecting a multi-month plan, the entire supply is shipped together in one package corresponding to the chosen duration.
