Quick Steps to Check Your Doses
Log in to your Patient Portal at https://patient.joinpiper.com/login
Click on the Treatments tab
Select your Active treatment
Go to Treatment Details and Doses
Use the "Chat" feature to contact your doctor and ask specific questions about your dose
You’ll see your current prescribed dose, injection volume (e.g., mL or units), schedule, and any provider notes — all in one clear place.
Ensure to double-check the exact dosage, units to draw, and clarity of instructions using the portal to avoid mistakes.
Other Ways to Find Your Instructions
Check the personalized dosing card included with every shipment.
Review the pharmacy label on your vial (it lists the exact volume to draw each week).
Look for the sticker attached to your canister or medication container; this also includes specific dosing instructions such as syringe units to draw for each injection.
If anything looks different from what you expected or you’d like your provider to confirm/adjust, just send them a quick message in the portal — they usually reply the same or next business day.
