Update your billing and shipping details anytime through the Portal Dashboard. Follow these simple steps:
Log in to your account through the Portal Dashboard.
From the top right, click on your account profile icon beside the bell notification icon.
Once tab is open, click on Manage account to view your account profile.
Above your profile, click on Billing & Shipping.
Here you'll find two tabs, one for Payment methods one for Billing & shipping.
Just click on the plus sign for Payment Methods, you can update or change the card you’d like to use.
For Billing and Shipping Address, just click in the edit icon, you can edit your details as needed.
Each section has its own Update/Save button, so be sure to click Update after making any changes.
If you need to request an immediate change to your shipping address before your order is sent out, please contact us directly through Live Chat or Email so our team can make the update for you.
