You can easily manage your payment method (e.g., update or change your credit card), billing address, or shipping address anytime through the Portal Dashboard. Follow these simple steps:
Log in to your account through the Portal Dashboard.
From the top right, click on your account profile icon beside the bell notification icon.
Once tab is open, click on Manage account to view your account profile.
Above your profile, click on Billing & Shipping.
Here you'll find two tabs, one for Payment methods one for Billing & shipping.
To update your payment method (add a new card, change your existing card, or set a default): Click the plus sign (+) in the Payment Methods section, or use the edit icon next to your current card.
To edit your billing address or shipping address: Click the edit icon (pencil) next to the address you want to update, make your changes, and save.
Each section has its own Update/Save button, so be sure to click Update after making any changes.
